Clay’s Climate Control LLC, conveniently located in Linwood, NJ, started over 7 years ago on the idea that we could offer not only better service to our customers, but could do it at an affordable cost. Our goal is simple, we will give honest prices for excellent work.
Clay Pierce, owner, has over 14 years of experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry. He has EPA certification and has taken several Continuing Education Courses to stay up to date on the latest technology. Most days you can find Clay on the job sites guiding the crews to make sure nothing is missed or overlooked.
Clay is married to Jennifer, who graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Once the business started, Jen managed the office where she created the backdrop for a strong, reliable business.
They have two children, Cody and Brooke, & One On The Way!
All of Clay's Climate Control's lead technicians are EPA certified and have trained specifically for HVAC. Clay has personally trained each crew to make sure they install and service just as he would.

Clay's Climate Control is fully licensed (NJ13VH00399900) and insured. We work closely with local gas and electric utility companies to offer rebate & financing options. We are an authorized dealer of RUUD and Trane equipment and regularly perform oil to gas, electric to gas conversions. Clay's Climate Control is also a member of the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey and Eastern Heating and Cooling Council.
